With a BA (Hons.) degree in Business Studies from the University of Westminster, Udai is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Broker in the UK. He has extensive experience of International Banking,Insurance, Public Relations/Advertising and Management Practice having worked in all these sectors in various capacities. He was Finance Director of Sallingbury Casey Ltd., a respected firm of Parliamentary and Public Affairs Consultants in Westminster, before taking over as the Managing Director of “Afro- Asian” in 1991.

Tim Wilson brings to the “Afro-Asian” team a wealth of experience and expertise in the areas of treaty and excess of loss reinsurance, both marine and non-marine. As a Reinsurance Broker of proven record, Tim enjoys the respect and support of his peers in the Lloyd’s and London market communities. He was an underwriting member of Lloyd’s of London for many years and joined the board of “Afro-Asian” in 1997.

A Commerce Graduate and Associate of FIII, Dilip brings with him 35 + years of across the board experience in General Insurance business (inclusive of 18years overseas). He began his insurance career with New India Assurance where he headed New India’s Mauritius Branch for Six years. Dilip has worked in diverse markets in overseas countries and played multi-facet senior management roles besides in India. Successfully led/involved in turn-key projects from conceptualization till institutionalization-setting up a Private Insurance Co., setting up diversification of a MNC Life Insurer in to General Insurance business (in Kenya) and setting up of Insurance Broking Cos.in India.

A First Class Chemistry Graduate from Bombay University, Pradeep holds Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management apart from various insurance related qualifications. He has over 32 years experience in General Insurance Industry in India out of which he has worked for 24 years with New India Assurance in various capacities as ABM, BM & DM. In 2001, He joined Royal Sundaram when sector opened up and set up their Navi Mumbai office which he was heading till 2004. In 2004, He joined VIG India Insurance Brokers as VP - Marketing and set up their marketing team.

A Graduate in Economics and with insurance qualification, Mr. Pai began his insurance career with the erstwhile Indian Guarantee & General Insurance Co. Ltd., a professional reinsurance co. then with Oriental and finally with GIC. He was Manager in Reinsurance Dept. in GIC looking after business emanating from Afro- Asian countries. He also handled R/I programmes of many private cos. after privatisation. Mr.Pai brings with him 40 years of reinsurance experience.

A Post Graduate in Physics and a Fellow of III, Anant has served in Tariff Advisory Committee for more than 25 years. Though, he has worked/headed many depts. Like Fire, Motor. Misc., Anant specialises in Marine Hull. He has received hands on training in London Market. He is closely associated with NIA, College of Insurance and Insurance Institutes of India.
